The third Apapaxoa GastroCultural Festival runs 18–23 September 2026 at Hotel Xcaret Arte, with activations at Hotel Xcaret México, La Casa de la Playa, and select Xcaret parks. Organizer Grupo Xcaret frames the edition around “The Colors of Mexico,” gathering the 23-chef Xcaret Gastronomic Collective plus more than 50 guests from 15 countries (more than 70 Michelin stars combined). Ticketed packages, chef dinners, brunches, a book fair, and a closing concert by Emmanuel on 23 September are sold on apapaxoa.com. Highlighted dinners include a homage to Dominique Crenn on 19 September and The Legacy table at Gran Tlachco on 22 September for Xcaret's 35th anniversary.

The adults-only Viceroy Riviera Maya celebrates its 20th anniversary over the July 24-26 weekend with wellness activities, culinary experiences, and a signature Oyster & Champagne Pairing event (fresh oysters, champagne pairings, beachfront setting, live DJ). Bookable tasting experience open to non-guests by reservation.
